Please kindly note that the final delivery time consists of shipping time and processing time. The best efforts will be take to shorten the delivery time, but there are uncontrollable factors may extend delivery time. Especially local Custom inspection, weather and shipping company overloaded.

A.Processing time : Processing time depends on whether we have stock or stock of raw materials.

we will ship up to 7 biz days after receiving your payment.

B.Shipping time

Standard shipping:5-12 business days

The packing size is larger than air packing (60*40*35cm -23″*15″*13″), and the shipping time is about 3-8 weeks.

A.Shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you check out

B.Shipping cost will be charged by the shipping method you choose, the weight and size of the product, and the address you fill in.

We can only help you change the shipping address before the order shipped out 

After order shipped out, customer can contact shipping compant for changing address.

If your order is lost during shipping, we will provide full refund within  3-5 business days

  • A. Your parcel will be delivered based on the address and contact information you provided.
  • B. Different shipping companies have varying delivery policies.
    1. If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address, no one available to receive the package), the cost of re-delivery or multiple delivery attempts will be borne by the customer.
    2. If a package is returned due to the recipient’s failure to pick it up from the post office, our company policy stipulates that certain fees will be deducted from the refund amount. These deductions may include, but are not limited to:
      • Original Shipping Costs: The initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, as this cost was incurred at the time of shipment.
      • Return Shipping Fee: If the courier charges a fee to return the package to us, this amount will also be deducted.
      • Handling Fee: A handling fee (typically 10-20% of the order value) will be applied to cover the costs of processing the returned package.
    3. Please be aware that only the remaining balance will be refunded after these deductions. We encourage customers to review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.
REFUND
Returns & Exchanges
The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. We recommend choosing a tracked courier service and also contact us prior to this.
1. Please contact [email protected] , indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund.  Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions
1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom products, such as special orders, personalized items, or specific configuration options (e.g., Hardwire vs. Plug-in lighting versions), are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Beauty products, accessories, discounted items, and all furniture pieces

  • Except in the case of damage during transportation (must be reported within 3 days with photos or an unboxing video).

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-MOKU PARK products .
8.We do unfortunately not offer the option to exchange a product. If you want a different color, size or product a new order has to be made on mokupark.com. In that case please follow the above instructions on returning a product. 
Note: Shipping costs for packages sent out are non-refundable.
9.Due to transportation damages, it is required to report within three days of receiving the package and provide relevant photos of the damages or an unboxing video.
1.ALL Orders cannot be cancelled during processing time and shipping time.
2.All funiture orders are classified as custom orders and as such you will forfeit all or part of you money if you choose to cancel your order.
Furniture-orders can take between 3 – 6 weeks to arrive in ports and could be held for longer periods for custom clearances, inclement weather, strikes and other issues that may arise which are out of our control.
By paying all of the order, the customer agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions set out on this page and other relevant T&Cs pages.
Furniture-orders cannot be cancelled without forfeiting their payment.
When the furniture-order is accepted and ordered, the customer is liable to lose any monies paid.
